Refund Policy

Refund Policy

www.theconsciouscode.org may, but are under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds.

All services are non-refundable, either partially or fully. Visitors who are not satisfied with the outcome of their service, are fixed on attempting to make The Conscious Code Academy “prove” themselves or are trying to tell The Conscious Code Academy how to do their job will not be entertained and no refunds will be allowed.

In regards to courses, fees are generally due 1 month before the course begins and refund requests can only be fulfilled 3 weeks prior to course start dates. The Conscious Code Academy also has full rights to adjust this schedule on a course by course basis.

The services are of a sensitive manner and The Conscious Code Academy cannot be held responsible for visitors who claim their services didn’t work and/or are fraudulent. We offer every assurance that our services are true and trust-worthy, however, skeptics who try to prove the services of error are expected and we therefore have a no-refunds policy.

Refunds, however, are offered on a case-by-case basis for scheduling cancellations made on the part of The Conscious Code Academy. We do not, however, offer refunds for visitors who fail to use the services at the scheduled time. A “no-show” visitor will be charged full rates.

In the case of physical products, The Conscious Code Academy does not accept returns. However, refunds will be issued for damaged/defective products. Cases will be evaluated by The Conscious Code Academy team before a refund is issued. Please be aware that the final decision to issue a refund or not lies solely with The Conscious Code Academy.

For visitors who make use of services/products of The Conscious Code Academy, it is understood that you have read this page, the disclaimer page, and any other relevant pages.

The Conscious Code Academy holds the rights to make amends to the refunds policy as they see fit.
